Parker A1 dust ring
   Function A1-type dust ring is to prevent dust, dirt, sand and metal shavings from entering. Through a special design to prevent scratches, protects the guiding parts and prolong the working life of the seal.

1. Material:

 N3587 is a Shore A hardness of about 90 degrees nitrile rubber (standard)

 V3664 is a Shore A hardness of about 85 degrees fluorine rubber (high temperature)

 P5008 is a Shore A hardness of about 93 degrees polyurethane (standard)

 P5009 is a Shore A hardness of about 93 degrees polyurethane (low temperature)

2. Application:

  A1-type dust ring for axial movement of the cylinder or cylinders, piston, sleeve and other occasions.

  Operating temperature: -35 ° C to + 100 ° C

3. Install:

 A1-type dust ring can be easily put into the slot after by extrusion. Avoid contact with the piston rod eyelet dust lip or other connected components to avoid damage. Dust lip must be exposed to the outside of the housing, in order to remove dirt.
