EL piston rod seal / wiper

Pneumatic rod seal has a dual function / wiper EL is designed for small cylinder and valve design, compared with other conventional seals, it has the following advantages:

Operating temperature:

  Standard materials N3582: -10 to + 80 ℃

  Polyurethane P5008: -35 to + 80 ℃

Speed: ≤1m / s

Lubricated gas, after initial lubrication can be applied in dry gas or gas without lubrication.

Materials:

N3582 standard material nitrile rubber Shore hardness of 85 A. If the application under high / or low temperatures, special materials should be used. Size P5008 polyurethane material has been list respectively.

Temperature materials: P5009-94A

Installation:

Self-positioning EL pneumatic seal / wiper can be easily mounted on the piston into the groove before the cylinder.

Note that during the installation process seal and dust seal lip damage can not be sharp edges.

The initial lubrication during assembly for maintaining a long life is very important.
