Parker ZW piston seal combination

  ZW-type double-acting piston seal consists of a rubber sealing element, two retaining rings and two guide rings.

1. Advantages:

● suitable for mineral oils, HFA, HFB and HFC fire resistant hydraulic oil (the maximum temperature of 60 ℃) use.

● special geometry NBR sealing elements so that the installation does not distort in the groove.

2. Materials:

Rubber elements: Shore hardness high wear resistance of NBR compound NB078 80.

Collar: high strength and durable polyester elastomer (W5035).

Angle guide ring: even in the case of increasing the temperature of the thermoplastic material is also resistant to high pressure (W5301).

4. Installation:

It must be removed to install the seal area of sharp edges and burrs. Install in the following order: "rubber seals - collar - guide ring." Should be taken to ensure that the position of the guide ring and check ring contact points (gap) in a staggered configuration.
