Installation:

Such PZ pneumatic piston seals can be simply set on the piston and load its groove. To avoid damaging the seal on the piston and cylinder should be sharp edges removed. In the case of non-lubricated, it is important to have complete in the cylinder lubricating film, which should be done before assembly to ensure the long working life of the seal. Oriented aspect of the piston, we recommend using our F2 piston guide band. Pistons and size of the gap, please refer to F2 type information of the Company.

Materials:

Standard materials are NBR-based synthetic rubber material, Shore A71.

Application at high and low temperatures, as well as special materials.
