Z5 piston seal

Z5 is the two U-shaped seal and the guide surface as one of the two-way pneumatic piston seal.

When used in pneumatic equipment, the design has the following advantages:

• No metal contact between the piston and cylinder to prevent friction, especially between light metal and plastic cylinders.

• By optimizing the geometry of the sealing lip to keep lubricant film, and a suitable choice of materials, it is running smoothly.

Operating temperature -30 ℃ to + 80 ℃

Medium: lubricated air and after initial lubricating oil-free dry air.

Material

Standard materials:

        N3578, nitrile rubber, Shore hardness of about 75 A

Temperature materials:

        N8602, nitrile rubber, Shore hardness of about 70 A

High Temperature Materials:

         V8550, fluorine rubber, a hardness of about Shore 80 A

Installation

Z5 series pneumatic piston seals can be easily mounted on the integral piston by stretching.

Make sure all edges are deburring, to avoid damaging the seal.
