DE type is a single U-shaped seal and single-acting metal skeleton vulcanization bonding integral pneumatic piston. It has three functions: Sealing, guiding and cushioning.
Advantage
• Simple fixing without additional sealing requirements in the piston rod.
• Since the ventilation channel structure, it can quickly respond to (full pressure load).
• Due to the geometry of the sealing lip lubricant film can be maintained, so friction is small, smooth operation.
• Can be used for oil-lubricated air as well as by the dry air after initial lubricating oil-free air.

Installation
DE use pneumatic piston integral locking nut secured to the piston rod so as not to loose, dry and free of oil for air, the piston and cylinder should adopt suitable long-life lubricant pre-lubricated.
